Check-in. The extension tells your QuantumOps server that it is running and that you are signed in: when the browser starts, when you sign in, just before you sign out, and every 30 minutes while you are signed in. It sends one event name and the extension version, nothing about tickets, calls or your work. Administrators see the installs on the Extension tab of Qubit & Extension Analytics. No new permission.
An idle or closed panel no longer counts as use. The panel's own refreshes and the extension's background checks with the panel closed (lunch reminders, the incoming-call check, keeping the chosen ring sound ready, the toolbar plan badge, the Moments check when a Halo tab opens a ticket) are marked as background activity, so leaving the extension installed or the panel open is not shown as someone using it on the Extension tab. What you open or do is still counted.
Autopilot replaces the Interactive Guide. The Assist tab shows the Autopilot plan card for the ticket (status, steps, risk, Open plan). The guide, its note and e-mail posting, and the guide cache are gone.
Calls read in words. The dispatch board's call tiles and the Call tab say "Answered elsewhere" for a call another extension took, and name every other outcome the same way, instead of printing the outcome code.
The accepted call card keeps the transfer extension. After you accept a call, the card says who is transferring the caller to you and, when your server names it, the extension (ext N). It could lose the extension when the server's Accepted message arrived before the reply to your accept; it no longer does.
Missed clock-out starts at your scheduled end. When you fix a missed clock-out on the Clock tab, the time box starts at the end of your scheduled shift if your server knows it (it starts at the clock-in time otherwise). Check the time and the reason before you send.
Needs server build S2610.151 or later (0.31.0 needed S2610.147): the check-in route and the retired guide come with that build.
