Send feedback stays after a server update. When your QuantumOps server restarted for an update, the Send feedback button could disappear from the panel header until you closed and reopened the panel. The panel now asks again on its own, and the button stays while it does. If My feedback can't load, it says so and offers Retry.
Feedback alerts keep coming. With the panel closed, a short server restart no longer stops the desktop alerts for replies to your feedback. They stop only if the server says it has no feedback for 10 to 15 minutes, and come back the next time the panel reads your feedback.
Needs server build S2610.146 or later, the same as 0.30.0. No new permission.
