QuantumOps browser extension 0.30.0

  • Move someone's lunch from the Dispatch board. People whose role may move lunches can select the calendar button after a person's name in the lunch strip, or Move lunch in the agent lens (Set lunch when nothing is planned), and an approver also finds Move lunch on the overdue banner. Pick one of the open times, a reason and a note of at least 5 characters. A time over the away limit, one that overlaps an appointment, or (for an approver) one past the deadline asks you to confirm first. The person sees the new time with your note and can answer OK or Ask to change. Nobody moves their own lunch.
  • Send to lunch reaches a closed panel. If the engineer's side panel is closed, the ask now arrives as a card on the Halo page or a desktop alert, and the band appears when they open the panel within 15 minutes. Not now is remembered, so the band does not come back. If their browser is not running at all, Slack or Teams tells them, when Chat message when the extension is closed is on.
  • Fixes. The lunch timeline's hour labels no longer run into each other in a 12-hour browser at the default panel width. The call routing bar prints a countdown once, not twice. The Approvals tab no longer shows its empty text above waiting lunch requests, and the More tab's number counts the lunch requests you can decide. Send to lunch shows only for the roles that may use it.
  • Needs server build S2610.146 or later (0.29.0 needed S2610.145). Only the closed-panel Send to lunch needs the new server; everything else works on S2610.145. It ships on top of 0.29.0 (the Firefox update steps and setup from a work email).
